  Cluttered windows, various unrelated artwork against the walls and a leaning, lifelike Do Not Enter sign all caught Chrissa's attention. It is one of the new designs for this season's urban inspired collection.

The name TAIYETY is a small tribute to all the village women, their mother and all their beautiful scarves. Taiyety is designed in Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA with original photography by Chrissa Markos (one of the founders).  Her photos are transferred on to the softest felted nepalese cashmere.  We have customers who wear these pieces are scarves, shawls or wall hangings.
